The Joint Programming Committee for ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020 decided to launch public consultations on the first version on the results of the socio-economic analyses of the eligible area (SWOT) and on the proposed thematic objectives and priorities of the future program. These documents have been prepared with the support of experts from the SPP project (Support to the preparation of programmes).
Ministry for EU Affairs in Turkey, as National Authority in the ENPI Black Sea Basin CBC Programme is organizing Project Implementation Training on 18-19 February 2014 for the projects implemented under the first and second calls for proposals.

“From ENPI CBC to ENI CBC – Lesson Learned and Future Opportunities in the Black Sea Basin”
Around 200 participants participated at the Annual Conference of the Joint Operational Programme “Black Sea Basin 2007-2013” held in Istanbul, Turkey, on the 5th of December 2013.
The Black Sea Basin Joint Operational Programme 2007-2013 is pleased to announce the 2013 Annual Conference to be held in Istanbul, Turkey, on the 5th of December 2013.
The eighth meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee of the Joint Operational Programme “Black Sea Basin 2007 – 2013” was held in Yerevan, Armenia on the 8th of October 2013.
On the 18th of September 2013, in Bucharest, Romania, the JMA for the Black Sea Basin Programme hosted a training session for beneficiaries under the Programme, while also celebrating the European Cooperation (EC) Day. On EC Day, the European Union celebrates the achievements of more than 20 years of Territorial Cooperation across European regions.
The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration, acting as Joint Managing Authority (JMA) for the Black Sea Basin JOP is launching the award procedure for selecting four qualified and experienced experts in order to ensure the functioning of the Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) of the Programme.

4th AER Black Sea Summit
The Assembly of European Regions is proud to announce that the 4th AER Black Sea Summit will be held in Rize, Turkey, on 04th October 2013. This Summit will follow the path undertaken in Paris in 2010, in occasion of the first AER Black Sea Summit, and continued with two further Summits in Adjara, Georgia in 2011 and in Odessa, Ukraine in 2012.
