Beneficiarii români ai contractelor de finanțare încheiate în cadrul Programelor de Cooperare Teritorială Europeană pentru care ministerul îndeplinește funcția de Autoritate de Management pot ajusta contractele de achiziție publică/contractele sectoriale de lucrări, prin actualizarea prețurilor aferente materialelor conform Metodologiei aprobate prin Ordinul Ministrului Dezvoltării, Lucrărilor Publice și Administrației nr. 1931/20.12.2021 care modifica si completeaza Ordinul nr. 1329/2021. Acest ordin a fost aprobat pentru a pune în aplicare prevederile Legii nr. 281/2021 pentru aprobarea Ordonanței Guvernului nr. 15/2021 privind reglementarea unor măsuri fiscal bugetare. Pentru a permite operarea cât mai facilă a modificărilor presupuse de actualizarea prețurilor, metodologia este însoțită de tabele de calcul.
As part of the programming process for the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme 2021-2027, a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) screening procedure – based on the Directive 2001/42/EC on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment – has been carried out to contribute to the integration of environmental considerations into the preparation of the programme and to assess its environmental effects.
In order to facilitate the proper implementation of procurement procedures in case of lower value contracts (up to 20 000 euro), considering that contracts of lower value are often encountered under the ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020, the Managing Authority issued a Note for Beneficiaries required to use PRAG in public procurements, reminding the rules for lower value contracts in projects financed under the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020.
The Managing Authority and the representatives of the participating countries, with the support of TESIM experts, further developed the draft version of the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme 2021-2027.
The programme overall performance in 2021demonstrates that Black Sea Basin has remained a steadfast and reliable network in the region. What is more, the programme managed to deliver on its objectives despite the challenges that arose in the unique context of global pandemic.

The sixth meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee for ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020 was virtually held on the 9th of December 2021.
One of the programme objective is to promote business and entrepreneurship within the Black Sea Basin aiming to increase cross-border trade opportunities and modernisation in the agricultural and connected sectors.
