Important! The ad hoc declaration to be submitted by the international organizations is not required at the application moment. This document will be required in a later stage only for the selected projects, as a prior condition for concluding the Grant Contract with the Joint Managing Authority.
According to the Guidelines for Grant Applicants, questions related to this call for proposals can be sent to the Joint Managing Authority no later than 15 days (Sunday 27 September) before the deadline for the submission of the applications. Replies will be given no later than 11 calendar days (Friday 2 October) before the deadline.

The Ministry of Regional Development and Housing, acting as Joint Managing Authority for the Joint Operational Programme “Black Sea 2007-2013” published the notice for the launch of the first call for proposals. The deadline for submitting project proposal is 12th of October 2009 at 16 00 (local time).
The Joint Monitoring Committee approved on 18th of June 2009 the Application Package (version 10th of June) for the launching of the first Call for Proposals.
