On the 18th of September 2013, in Bucharest, Romania, the JMA for the Black Sea Basin Programme hosted a training session for beneficiaries under the Programme, while also celebrating the European Cooperation (EC) Day. On EC Day, the European Union celebrates the achievements of more than 20 years of Territorial Cooperation across European regions.

4th AER Black Sea Summit
The Assembly of European Regions is proud to announce that the 4th AER Black Sea Summit will be held in Rize, Turkey, on 04th October 2013. This Summit will follow the path undertaken in Paris in 2010, in occasion of the first AER Black Sea Summit, and continued with two further Summits in Adjara, Georgia in 2011 and in Odessa, Ukraine in 2012.

The second meeting of the Joint Programming Committee for the future ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020, was held in Constanta, Romania, on the 20th of June 2013. This event was organised by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration, as Joint Managing Authority for the Joint Operational Programme “Black Sea Basin 2007-2013”.
In compliance with art. 6(2) of Commission Regulation no. 951/2007, a mid-term evaluation (MTE) of 2007-2013 ENPI CBC Programmes was carried out in September 2011.
