The main focus of the project preparation workshops will be on:
TESIM – Technical Support to the Implementation and Management of ENI CBC programmes with the support of the Managing Authority and National Authorities from Armenia, Georgia, Republic of Moldova, Turkey and Ukraine developed the Guide on procurement by private project beneficiaries in the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020.
Communication and Visibility Manual for Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 is a document addressed both to beneficiaries of the projects funded by the programme as well as to its management structures. The purpose of this manual is to present the elements which have to be used for the promotion of the visual identity of the programme including graphic elements; the rules for the use of these elements and the situations in which exceptions from these rules are allowed.
With the publication of the draft Guidelines for Grant Applicants for the second Call for proposals under the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020, the programme management structures launched an extensive public consultation which closed yesterday, on 27 August 2018. All the comments submitted by the interested parties will be assessed and will be further considered if found to be relevant.
In view of the forthcoming launch of the 2nd call for Proposals, the Managing Authority, the Joint Technical Secretariat, the national authorities of participating countries with the support of TESIM project will organize a Partner Forum in Yerevan (Armenia) on 23 October 2018.

The manual (PIM) of JOP Black Sea Basin is intended to provide to Lead and project Beneficiaries a context for project implementation and management.
UPDATE: The registration period for the Partnership Forum in Chisinau (Republic of Moldova) on 26 September 2018 for the participants from the Member States (Bulgaria, Greece and Romania) has been extended until 31 of August 2018.
