The Communication and Visibility Manual for the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 was updated in order to better support the beneficiaries in the process of project implementation and specifically in the field of communication and visibility.

The Romanian South East Regional Development Agency (Joint Technical Secretariat of the ENI CBC Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020) is seeking to recruit Project Assessors for the qualitative assessment (technical and financial) and State Aid Compliance Assessment of the eligible applications submitted within Programme 1st Call for proposals.
During the administrative compliance and eligibility check process for the applications submitted in the framework of the 1st Call for proposals, a materials error has been identified in the Annex 8 – Administrative compliance and eligibility check Grid (section B criterion 3) to the Guidelines for applicants.
