In line with article 25 of the Commission Implementing Regulation 897/2014 laying down specific provisions for the implementation of cross-border cooperation programmes financed under Regulation (EU) No 232/2014, European Commission has taken note of designation of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration from Romania as Managing Authority of the ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020.

The opinion was issued based on the findings of the Audit Authority of July-September 2017, as well as of the findings of EC audit mission performed during November – December 2017.

All the programme’s management structures will continue their work to ensure that proper mechanisms, procedures and structures are in place, thus creating and enhancing the adequate implementation framework of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020.
