According to the rules for the second Call for Proposals, today, 5 February 2019 is the last day for submission of Applications, 14:00 hrs. Romania time. Please take the time zone differences into consideration.

All Applications should be solely submitted through the electronic Monitoring System (eMS) of the Programme. The eMS does not allow submission of any Application after the deadline.
