The Joint Managing Authority of the Joint Operational Programme „Black Sea Basin 2007-2013” is pleased to announce that, in March 2011, the European Commision decided to allocate 2 900 275 extra millions to the ENPI budget of the Programme, which now amounts 24 196 790 ENPI funds.

We would like to inform you that the draft Application Package for Grant Applicants for the second Call for Proposals has been published for public consultation.
The Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism, acting as Joint Managing Authority for the Black Sea Basin JOP is launching the public procurement procedure for identifying and selecting several qualified and experienced experts in order to ensure the functioning of the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme.
Considering the continous progress registered in the implementation of the programme and the high number of applications submitted under the first call for proposals, demonstrating the high commitment assumed by the participating countries and the high interest of the local and regional authorities, civil society and NGOs, to participate in cross- border projects, the European Commission decided recently to supplement the ENPI budget of the Programme with an additional 2.990.571 Euro. Thus, the total ENPI budget for the programming period (2007-2013) is now 21. 296.515 Euro.
The European Commission has launched a public consultation on all aspects of EU external funding. The aim is to gather ideas and opinions and prepare the ground for the Commission legislative proposals to be presented in 2011 on the financial perspectives after 2013.
More than 150 participants from the 8 participating countries to the Programme have participated on the 25th November 2010 at the annual conference organised by the Black Sea Basin Joint Operational Programme 2007-2013 in Thessaloniki, Greece.
