In the framework of the second call for proposals the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin will organize a series of project preparation workshops in the 8 participating countries into the programme.

The workshops in the partner countries (Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine) will be organized in collaboration with the Regional Capacity Building Initiative (RCBI), therefore for registration details please check the following website www.rcbi.info.

The workshops in the Member states (Bulgaria, Greece and Romania) will take place in the following locations. The registration is now opened for the workshop in Varna.
