To ensure more flexibility during the implementation of the projects funded by Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 and taking into consideration the provisions of the Grant contract article 1.12, the Managing Authority has issued an Instruction to clarify the content of article 15 of the Grant contract.
The 2nd Call for Proposals of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 was closed on 5 February 2019. The Joint Technical Secretariat received 247 Applications requesting 203 607 229,74 EUR (ENI funds). The Programme allocation available for the call is 24 479 111,70 EUR (ENI funds).
The second Call for Proposals was officially launched by the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 on 1 October 2018 and it was closed on 5 February 2019.
