The Project Implementation Manual applicable for the beneficiaries of the ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme is currently under revision.
Annex 3 regarding procurement rules is being revised first. For reference as regards procurement rules for beneficiaries (public or private) from all participating countries, please observe the related provisions of Article 9 of the Grant Contract.
Herewith, we briefly remind you the main procurement rules to be applied by programme beneficiaries in all participating countries:
