The programme management structures have launched an open consultation on its draft Guidelines for Grant Applicants for the second Call for proposals under the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020.
The manual (PIM) of JOP Black Sea Basin is intended to provide to Lead and project Beneficiaries a context for project implementation and management.
UPDATE: The registration period for the Partnership Forum in Chisinau (Republic of Moldova) on 26 September 2018 for the participants from the Member States (Bulgaria, Greece and Romania) has been extended until 31 of August 2018.
The First Training session for Lead Beneficiary / Beneficiaries is scheduled for 13-14 September 2018 in Istanbul. Additional information on the venue and agenda of event will be advertised in due time. Further, formal invitations with details will be sent to all the Lead Beneficiaries of the projects approved in the first call. The aim of this training session is to provide all the necessary information and guidance for the smooth start of the projects, with focus on the programme requirements and rules, financial aspects, communication and visibility tools.
Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration from Romania as Managing Authority announces that today, on 18th of June 2018, the first Grant Contract was signed in the frame of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020. Subsequently, in the universe of ENI CBC programmes, Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 is the first one which has passed to project implementation.
The Chamber of Auditors of Ukraine published the announcement for the selection process for auditors to provide audit services for ENI CBC programmes. The call was launched to set up the long list of auditors, following the consultations between the Ukrainian National Authority, the Audit Chamber, the State Audit service and the Ministry of Finance, facilitated by TESIM – Technical Support to the Implementation and Management of ENI CBC programmes and representatives of ENI CBC programmes.
In line with article 25 of the Commission Implementing Regulation 897/2014 laying down specific provisions for the implementation of cross-border cooperation programmes financed under Regulation (EU) No 232/2014, European Commission has taken note of designation of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration from Romania as Managing Authority of the ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020.
