The March 2018 edition of the bulletin prepared by technical assistance project TESIM ENI-CBC – European Neighbourhood Instrument Cross Border Cooperation, is focused on Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020.
Update: In order to ensure transparency concerning the projects supported by the programme, the list with the awarded projects will be published on the website as soon as the contracting stage will be finalized, in compliance with the provision of art 44(1) from the Implementing Regulation (EU) No 897/2014 laying down Specific Provisions for the Implementation of Cross-Border Cooperation Programmes Financed under Regulation (EU) No 232/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council Establishing a European Neighbourhood Instrument.
The Managing Authority together with the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Joint Operational Programme “Black Sea Basin 2014-2020” organized on January 31, 2018 a networking event in order to collect and transfer the lessons learned and share experience for the Joint Operational Programme “Black Sea Basin 2014-2020”, thus marking the closure of the Joint Operational Programme “Black Sea Basin 2007-2013”.

Joint Monitoring Committee for Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 met today, 30th of January 2018, in Bucharest.
The Communication and Visibility Manual for the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 was updated in order to better support the beneficiaries in the process of project implementation and specifically in the field of communication and visibility.
The European Commission has published a stakeholder survey “Reducing marine litter: actions on single use plastics and abandoned, lost or otherwise discarded fishing gear” as part of the follow up to the EU Strategy on Plastics scheduled for adoption in January 2018.
