In view of the forthcoming launch of the 2nd call for Proposals, the Managing Authority, the Joint Technical Secretariat, the national authorities of participating countries with the support of TESIM project will organize a Partner Forum in Yerevan (Armenia) on 23 October 2018.
Since the mail goal of the event is to gather many potential applicants and develop sustainable project ideas and considering the fact that the registration period was far before the event date, the organizers decided to reopen the registration period.
TESIM and the Managing Authority/Joint Technical Secretariat of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 are able to support potential applicants from all the participating countries to take part in the Partner Forum for the second call for proposals, according to the following division:
a) TESIM will support applicants from the CBC Partner Countries (Georgia, Republic of Moldova, Turkey and Ukraine) to attend the Partner Forum. A maximum of six (6) potential applicants will be supported from each CBC Partner Country, except for Armenia.
b) the Managing Authority/Joint Technical Secretariat will reimburse the costs for the participation of applicants from Member States to attend the Partner Forum in Yerevan. Up to six persons for the Partner Forum in Armenia from each Member State will be selected.

Nevertheless, the interested party can register their participation without requesting support and the costs to attend the Partner Forum will be supported from the participants own resources.
The registration is open until 7 September 2018. Any registration submitted after this date will not been taken into account.
The selected participants will be notified at the end of September 2018.
The selected participants from the partner countries will be contacted by TESIM regarding the travel and accommodation arrangements.
For the participants selected from Member States travel and accommodation cost will be reimbursed by Joint Technical Secretariat/Managing Authority.
The participants registered but not selected, the costs for attending the Partner Forum will be supported from their own resources.
