The fifth meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee for ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme was held online on 11 December 2020.
The second meeting of the Joint Programming Committee for the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme 2021-2027
The second meeting of the Joint Programming Committee – body responsible for the preparation of the Interreg NEXT (Neighbourhood External) Black Sea Basin Programme 2021-2027 – was held online on the 9th of December 2020. The eligible participating countries of the new Programme involves nine participating countries: Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Russian Federation, Turkey and Ukraine.
IMPORTANT NOTICE! INSTRUCTION no 27 from 15 October 2020 to the beneficiaries of the 1st Call for Proposals
In order to provide guidance and support to the Beneficiaries of the 1st Call for preparing final report, the Managing Authority has issued an Instruction which explains and provide details on how to define reporting periods and fill in the narrative part of the final report.

In order to provide guidance and support to the Beneficiaries of the 2nd Call for preparing the 4 months progress reports, due to the different reporting requirements applicable to them, and taking into consideration the provisions of the Grant Contract article 1.12 the Managing Authority has issued an Instruction, which explains and provides details on progress reports submission process.
September month is marked by European Cooperation Day. On 21 September and the surrounding weeks, the EU programmes are celebrating cooperation and the projects’ achievements. Further, in 2020 Interreg turns 30, a new reason to celebrate cooperation in all its shapes.
Call for expression of interest for Covid-19 Response and Recovery Partnerships – Pilot Action for Interregional InnovationCOVID launched by DG REGIO
Under this Call, DG REGIO seeks expressions of interest from transnational partnerships of regional authorities, including ecosystems of regional stakeholders (universities, research centres, clusters, SMEs, etc.) willing to pilot interregional innovation partnerships. The objective is to incentivise business investment projects accelerating commercialisation and scale-up of inter-regional innovation.
