The revisions to the Manual (PIM) concern the annex related to procurement, namely Annex 2 – Procurement rules for each Partner Country is replaced with and re-named Annex 2 – Procurement rules. The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has started the procedure of organizing additional competitive selection of independent auditors, who may be selected by lead beneficiary and/or beneficiary for conducting the project expenditure verification under Joint Operational Programmes (in accordance with paragraph 8 of the Procedure of creation an open list of independent auditors within Joint Operational Programmes of cross-border cooperation of the European Neighborhood Instrument 2014-2020, approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated 19.12.2018 №1045).
