Following the entry into force of the Regulation (EU) N°236/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11th March 2014 laying down common rules and procedures for the implementation of the Union’s instruments for financing external action (CIR) and taking into consideration the European Commission note to the joint managing authorities of the ENPI CBC programmes, new eligibility rules have to be applied in all procedures to be launched at the latest as from 1st August 2014.
The Joint Managing Authority for the Joint Operational Programme “Black Sea Basin 2007-2014” issued a note in this respect to the attention of the project beneficiaries and partners of the projects financed under the programme.
