In compliance with art. 6(2) of Commission Regulation no. 951/2007, a mid-term evaluation (MTE) of 2007-2013 ENPI CBC Programmes was carried out in September 2011.

The purpose of this exercise has been to provide to the Commission’s services, the European External Action Services (EEAS), the programmes’ bodies and the wider public with an independent opinion on the extent to which the ENPI CBC Programmes are likely to achieve their objectives.
