As a complement to the document on regulatory changes in Interreg NEXT, TESIM (Technical Support to the Implementation and Management of ENI CBC programmes) developed a PODIA course on the key features of the neighbourhood external cross-border cooperation programmes for 2021-2027.
This online course is created as an easy-to-use tool to learn about the novelties. It is mainly aimed at the newcomers in the programme bodies and national authorities, as well as to the members of the programming and monitoring committees, who are busy in their day-to-day tasks and not necessarily have the time to dig into all of the detailed changes in the regulations and guidance documents.
To answer this need, the course covers the key novelties in the transition from ENI CBC to Interreg NEXT, with special focus on the non-EU countries. The content of the course includes:
- Key features
- General provisions
- Programming
- Monitoring, evaluation and communication
- Eligibility of expenditure
- Programme governance, control and audit
- Specific rules for Interreg NEXT
