The revisions to the Manual (PIM) concern the annex related to procurement, namely Annex 2 – Procurement rules for each Partner Country is replaced with and re-named Annex 2 – Procurement rules. The annex is updated mainly taking into account the 2020 PRAG version and the modifications in the Ukrainian procurement law.
Having in view the new Annex 2, the following paragraph from section 4.1 of PIM:
“Notwithstanding of the above, please note that separate Guides on procurement are available for all Beneficiaries, regardless of their legal status, from Armenia, Georgia, Republic of Moldova, Turkey and Ukrainein Annex 2 – Procurement rules for each Partner Country to this manual. They should be consulted for detailed rules and applicable procedures by Beneficiaries from respective countries. However, please note that these documents are only indicative and they cannot substitute in any way the legal provisions in force.”
is replaced as follows:
“Notwithstanding of the above, please note that guidelines on procurement are available for the beneficiaries required to use PRAG and for the public beneficiaries from Ukraine,in Annex 2 – Procurement rules to this manual. However, please note that these guidelines are only indicative and they cannot substitute in any way the legal provisions in force.”
