The Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration, through the General Directorate European Territorial Cooperation – acting as Managing Authority for the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme 2021-2027 – notified the Romanian Ministry of Environment, Waters and Forests about the elaboration of the first draft of the Programme.
Furthermore, the Managing Authority announces the interested public about the elaboration of the first draft of the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme 2021-2027, for which the screening procedure was initiated in order to determine whether the Programme can have significant environmental effects, in accordance with Directive 2001/42/EC on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment.
