TESIM – Technical support to the implementation and management of ENI CBC Programmes has prepared a document to provide guidance to the auditors who are responsible for verifying the eligibility of expenditure on projects implemented in the CBC Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine, Hungary Slovakia Romania Ukraine Cross Border Cooperation, ENI CBC Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020 and ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme.

This guidance explains to auditors and beneficiaries the how payments to individuals under civil law contracts can be accepted in the different programmes.
