To make the knowledge, experiences, and results generated by projects more accessible and to promote the project’s achievements and demonstrate the added-value of cross border cooperation, the programme website was developed to accommodate an e-Library.

The e-Library is available at the Capitalisation section and contains the documents prepared by the beneficiaries during the projects implementation, using the programme funds (e.g. reports, studies, surveys, masterplans, guidelines, maps, plans, portfolios, manuals, videos, strategies, common papers etc.).

The access to the digital repository is open to the stakeholders and the wider community to foster synergies, ensure complementarity and to boost the initiatives and the workaround Black Sea Basin to protect the environment and to promote business and entrepreneurship.

The documents are listed by programme specific objectives, organized by categories linked to the programme output indicators.

Further, a Kids’ corner is arranged with attractive materials elaborated by the beneficiaries to raise awareness on environmental challenges in the Black Sea Basin.
