(Interreg VI-B) NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme will strengthen the existing links between the participating countries and build new ones in the field of research and innovation and environmental protection. The Programme will therefore build upon and deepen the cross-border cooperation in the Black Sea Basin area in a transnational configuration.
Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme 2028-2034
Preparations for the 2028–2031 programming period are underway in the Black Sea Basin, opening a new chapter in transnational cooperation.

The project BlueDial: Empowering a Blue Economy Public Dialogue for coordinated and inclusive policy actions is organizing an online transnational event, "Successful Strategic Approaches to Blue Economy Governance", on 10 September 2026 at 13:00-15:00 CET.
The event will bring together Blue Economy stakeholders to exchange experiences on strategic approaches to Blue Economy governance - sharing lessons learned from other sea basins to foster dialogue, cooperation and coordinated governance in the Black Sea region.
