Constanţa County Council, the lead beneficiary of the project Black Sea Joint Environmental Monitoring and Protection – ALERT (BSB538) is organizing a press conference on 18 July 2019, starting with 10:00 am. The event will be held at the headquarters of Constanţa County Council, “Remus Opreanu” Hall.
Media representatives, local authorities, state institutions, universities and ONGs active in the environmental field are invited to attend the press conference.
The project is implemented in partnership with the Bulgarian Association for Transfer of Technology and Innovation from Bulgaria and Ungheni District Council from the Republic of Moldova. It focuses on prevention actions by creating a cross border environmental monitoring system, development of prevention activities for environmental protection and improve the availability and cross border interchangeability of updated online data for public authorities and NGOs.
