Where and how to send the applications for the first Call for proposals?


Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope by registered mail, private courier service or by hand-delivery (a signed and dated certificate of receipt will be given to the deliverer) at the address below:Postal address and address for hand delivery or by private courier service

The deadline for hand-delivered applications is on 12th of October at 16.00 hours local time as evidenced by the signed and dated receipt which will be given to the deliverer.
