Today, 30 January 2019, the Joint Monitoring Committee of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 has decided the extension of the deadline for submission of applications within the second Call for Proposals until 5th of February 2019, 14.00 hrs, Romania time.

The high number of simultaneous users in the eMS system in the last days with the view of submitting the applications in the framework of the 2nd call for proposals generated an increase in the response time of the eMS.

The server shall be restarted today 30th of January between 16:45-17:00 GMT+2 (Romania time).

This action may improve the speed of the server and may optimize future work.

We regret any inconveniences that may be caused by this situation.
