The 2nd public consultation on the draft Guidelines for Applicants, Grant Contract and their annexes, is closed.

We thank all those who sent their inputs for their valuable contributions which supported us in improving the quality and consistency of the documents in the Application pack.

Please follow the Programme website to be aware on the forthcoming official launch of the 1st call for proposals under the ENI CBC BSB programme, estimated to take place by the end of January 2017.

Main features of the first call for proposals

  • Call open to the 4 Programme’s Priorities (see the guidelines for indicative financial allocation per Priority).
  • Budget: € 19,65 million.
  • Only on-line submission of Applications, using the Programme Electronic Monitoring System (e-MS)
  • Partnerships representing at least three different countries, from at least one of the participating EU Member States and one of the participating CBC partner countries. Participation of Turkish partners is possible in projects with at least one partner from a participating EU Member State and one partner from another participating CBC partner country.
  • Submission of project proposals in one stage.

The first meeting of the Joint Programming Committee for the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme 2021-2027

The first meeting of the Joint Programming Committee – body responsible for the preparation of the Interreg NEXT (Neighbourhood External) Black Sea Basin Programme 2021-2027 – was held on the 29th of January 2020 in Brussels, Belgium. The eligible participating countries of the new Programme involves ten states from the Black Sea Basin: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Russian Federation, Turkey and Ukraine.

The second Call for Proposals of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 is open starting with 1 October 2018 with deadline 5 February 2019
