The Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism – acting as Joint Managing Authority for the Joint Operational Programme „Black Sea 2007-2013” – is launching this Call for Assessors in order to identify and select qualified and experienced professionals for establishing a pool of assessors and thus to ensure a proper technical and quality evaluation of the proposals submitted under this Programme.
The deadline for receiving applications is the 20th of May 2010 at 13:30 hours, at the headquarters of the Romanian Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism in Bucharest.

The deadline for receiving requests for clarification from potential applicants is 12th of May 2010 at 12:00 and the deadline for receiving answers to clarification requests is 14th of May 2010. The answers to clarification requests shall be published on the programme’s website at www.blacksea-cbc.net and on the SEAP website: www.e-licitatie.ro at Notices/Contract notices (no.99303/03rd of May 2010), section documentation and clarifications for the notice of the call.

The European Union needs to show concrete results of its cooperation and development actions, and so does the ENI CBC community. At all times, communication activities should pursue the overall objective of increasing the knowledge of cross-border cooperation at the external borders of the EU and its position as a valuable, strategic tool for the EU and its neighbours.
DG Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (DG MARE) and The Joint Research Centre, in cooperation with DG Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO), are organising the Workshop “Smart Specialisation for Sustainable Blue Economy” on 6 July 2021, at 09.00 – 12.45 CET.
The training sessions are organised by the programme management structures and are aiming to enhance capacity of beneficiaries to collect, consolidate and report the progress achieved by the projects.
