On behalf of the Managing Authority, it is our pleasure to invite you to the official launch of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 on 14th of July, 2016, in Constanta, Romania. The Black Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020 is part of European Union’s Cross-Border Cooperation (CBC) under its European Neighbourhood Instrument (ENI). The main goal of the conference is to promote the Programme’s objectives and the associated priorities:

  • Promote Business and Entrepreneurship
  • Environmental Protection and Reduction of Marine Litter

In the first part of the day, participants will receive useful information about the preliminary version of the Application Pack for the first call for proposals, while the second part will be dedicated to a Partnership Forum, providing the participants the opportunity to network and identify ideas for future common projects.
The conference is expected to benefit from a large attendance, bringing together representatives of local and regional authorities, chambers of agriculture, commerce and industry, civil society organisations, universities, educational and research institutions.
