Istanbul Partnership Forum, 5 May 2011- registration is closed

The Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism, acting as Joint Managing Authority for the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2007-2013 is organizing in partnership with the General Secretariat for European Affairs from Turkey and the Regional Capacity Building Initiative (RCBI) a partnership forum in Istanbul on 5thof May 2011.

The purpose of the partnership forum is the facilitation of creation of partnerships and development of project ideas in the context of the second call for proposals of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2007-2013.

The partnership forum is addressed to all potential beneficiaries of the Programme: central public authority, local/regional public authority, body governed by public law (contracting authorities as defined by the national legislations transposing Directive 2004/18/EC on public procurement), associations formed by one or several national, regional or local public authorities or one or several bodies governed by public law, public undertakings as defined in Directive 2004/17/EC, other non profit organizations, Euroregions, EGTC.

In case you have been accepted for participation you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the National Info Point in your country.

The registration will be closed once the number of 18 people from that specific country has been reached, but not later than 19 of April 2011.In case you want to apply for financial support, please read carefully the following conditions.

Those who cannot participate in person can briefly present their project ideas via skype. If you wish to present your project idea by skype, please send an email to info@rcbi.info and RCBI will contact you to make the arrangements.
