Instruction no 16 from 20 February 2019 to beneficiaries regarding Addendum and Notification

To ensure more flexibility during the implementation of the projects funded by Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 and taking into consideration the provisions of the Grant contract article 1.12, the Managing Authority has issued an Instruction to clarify the content of article 15 of the Grant contract.

The Instructions stipulates the changes which may be performed through a Notification as well as the changes which require an Addendum.

The procedure regarding the submission of the Notifications and/or Addendum remains the same, as described in the latest version of the Project Implementation Manual.
