With the publication of the draft Guidelines for Grant Applicants for the second Call for proposals under the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020, the programme management structures launched an extensive public consultation which closed yesterday, on 27 August 2018. All the comments submitted by the interested parties will be assessed and will be further considered if found to be relevant.

 

Nevertheless, in the draft Guidelines for Grant Applicants – section 3 How to apply and the procedures to follow, we provided a link  http://85.120.159.102  of the electronic Management System (eMS) where the potential applicants can create an account and test the use of the eMS by introducing data according to the instructions provided in the Guidelines.

The link remains open for testing until 24 September 2018.

However, any data introduced will be lost after 24 September 2018. DO NOT FORGET THIS LINK IS FOR TESTING PURPOSE ONLY!!!

The final link to be used for submitting the application, shall be available when officially launching the call.
