Which is the size of grants?

Size of ENPI grants

Any ENPI grant contribution awarded under this Call for Proposals must fall between the following minimum and maximum amounts:

Size of IPA grants

Any IPA grant awarded under this Call for Proposals for the implementation of a joint Action must fall between the following minimum and maximum amounts:

For example, the maximum possible amount awarded to an Action involving only ENPI partners for Priorities 1&2 is 700,000 EURO (excluding the minimum 10% co-financing). When adding the co-financing to the maximum grant possible to be awarded, the ENPI total eligible costs may exceed 700,000 EURO.

Also, the maximum possible amount awarded to an Action involving ENPI and IPA partners for Priorities 1&2 is 1,400,000 EURO (excluding the minimum 10% co-financing). When adding the co-financing to the maximum grant possible to be awarded, the ENPI + IPA total eligible costs may exceed 1,400,000 EURO.

Project preparation workshops organized in all participating countries, in the framework of the 2nd call for proposals
The main focus of the project preparation workshops will be on:
● raising the awareness about the key elements of the Guidelines for Grant Applicants
● strengthening the knowledges about key aspects of project development
● clarifying project proposal financial requirements
● raising the awareness about key aspects of project activity and financial planning
● clarifying how to apply in the programme electronic system

Partner Forum in Yerevan
In view of the 2nd call for Proposals, the Managing Authority of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020, in collaboration with the Joint Technical Secretariat and National Authorities of participating countries, and with the support of TESIM project organized in Yerevan, Armenia, the second Partner Forum.
