ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020 officially enters its implementation phase

In line with article 25 of the Commission Implementing Regulation 897/2014 laying down specific provisions for the implementation of cross-border cooperation programmes financed under Regulation (EU) No 232/2014, European Commission has taken note of designation of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration from Romania as Managing Authority of the ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020.

The opinion was issued based on the findings of the Audit Authority of July-September 2017, as well as of the findings of EC audit mission performed during November – December 2017.

All the programme’s management structures will continue their work to ensure that proper mechanisms, procedures and structures are in place, thus creating and enhancing the adequate implementation framework of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020.


Erratum to: Applicants Pack for the second Call for Proposals
After the publication of Applicants Pack for the 2nd Call for Proposals some errors were noticed in Annexes 1, 2 and 3.

Partner Forum in Yerevan
In view of the 2nd call for Proposals, the Managing Authority of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020, in collaboration with the Joint Technical Secretariat and National Authorities of participating countries, and with the support of TESIM project organized in Yerevan, Armenia, the second Partner Forum.

In view of the 2nd call for Proposals, the Managing Authority of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020, in collaboration with the Joint Technical Secretariat and national authorities of participating countries, and with the support of TESIM project organized in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, the first Partner Forum.
Training for Beneficiaries from the 1st Call for proposals
To ensure the premises for a smooth implementation of the projects contracted within the framework of the 1st Call for proposals of Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020, programme management structures with the support of TESIM project is organising a training session dedicated to the beneficiaries from the 1st Call for proposals.
The second Call for Proposals of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 is open starting with 1 October 2018 with deadline 31 January 2019
