E-support is now online


Are you completing an application for funding under the Black Sea Basin ENPI CBC Programme or are you a partner in an application?

Online help, prepared by Regional Capacity Building Initiative (RCBI) in collaboration with the Joint Managing Authority (JMA) and the Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS), is now available 24/7 for applicants and partners in all countries participating in the Black Sea Basin Programme.

The e-support for ENPI CBC project identification and development covers topics such as filling in an application form, completing the project budget and finding ENPI CBC Partners.

Please follow the following instructions: To access the e-support, click here. On the Home page, create a new account with a username and password. Please only create one account. When you are logged in, click on Project Identification and Development in the bar at the top of the page to access the e-support modules.

Workshop for beneficiaries on developing Effective Communication

The European Union needs to show concrete results of its cooperation and development actions, and so does the ENI CBC community. At all times, communication activities should pursue the overall objective of increasing the knowledge of cross-border cooperation at the external borders of the EU and its position as a valuable, strategic tool for the EU and its neighbours.
