The Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism, Romania, acting as Joint Managing Authority, the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, Bulgaria, acting as National Authority have the pleasure of inviting you to a Project Preparation Workshop, taking place in Bourgas on 07th June 2011.
The main purpose of the project preparation workshop is to increase the capacity of Bulgarian potential beneficiaries to develop project proposals under the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea 2007-2013.
The workshop is addressed to all the Bulgarian potential beneficiaries of the Programme: central public authority, local/regional public authority, body governed by public law (contracting authorities as defined by the national legislations transposing Directive 2004/18/EC on public procurement), associations formed by one or several national, regional or local public authorities or one or several bodies governed by public law, public undertakings as defined in Directive 2004/17/EC, other non profit organizations, Euroregions, EGTC.
The number of participants to the workshops is limited to 80 persons per workshop, therefore, please confirm your participation at the event by fulfilling the registration form until 6th of June 2011.

The European Union needs to show concrete results of its cooperation and development actions, and so does the ENI CBC community. At all times, communication activities should pursue the overall objective of increasing the knowledge of cross-border cooperation at the external borders of the EU and its position as a valuable, strategic tool for the EU and its neighbours.
DG Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (DG MARE) and The Joint Research Centre, in cooperation with DG Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO), are organising the Workshop “Smart Specialisation for Sustainable Blue Economy” on 6 July 2021, at 09.00 – 12.45 CET.
The training sessions are organised by the programme management structures and are aiming to enhance capacity of beneficiaries to collect, consolidate and report the progress achieved by the projects.
