2013 Annual Conference of the Black Sea Basin Joint Operational Programme 2007-2013 Istanbul, Turkey, 5th December 2013

The Black Sea Basin Joint Operational Programme 2007-2013 is pleased to announce the 2013 Annual Conference to be held in Istanbul, Turkey, on the 5th of December 2013.

We invite all those interested in finding out the lattest developments in the implementation of the Black Sea Basin Joint Operational Programme and discussing about the future programming period 2014-2020, to attend the BSB JOP 2013 Annual Conference: potential beneficiaries (representatives of national, regional and local authorities, non-Governmental Organisations, researchers and academics, etc.), as well as the representatives of mass media, European institutions and other stakeholders active in the Black Sea Basin.

The conference is organized by the Joint Managing Authority (the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration, Romania) in co-operation with the Turkish National Authority (Ministry for EU Affairs), with the support of EC through SPP and the National Authorities from Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Republic of Moldova, and Ukraine.

In the first half, the conference will focus on the added value of the Programme for the participating countries, practical implementation issues and programme management, and lessons learned from the current programming period.

The second part is dedicated to the Black Sea Basin ENI CBC programme 2014-2020. Experts of ENI CBC – Support to programmes (SPP) and the JMA will conduct an interregional consultation on the SWOT analysis of the programme area and proposed Thematic Objectives and priorities.

The online registration will be open until the 25th of November 2013.

There is NO registration fee. Coffee breaks and lunch shall be covered.

Partner Forum in Yerevan
In view of the 2nd call for Proposals, the Managing Authority of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020, in collaboration with the Joint Technical Secretariat and National Authorities of participating countries, and with the support of TESIM project organized in Yerevan, Armenia, the second Partner Forum.
