The solutions developed by the Black Sea Basin beneficiaries address a broad range of territorial needs through initiatives in research and innovation, climate change adaptation, risk prevention, and environmental protection. These include collaborative efforts in experimental development, measures to manage climate-related and other natural risks, water resource conservation, and the protection of biodiversity. Additionally, several solutions aim to strengthen institutional capacity, build mutual trust, and support civil society, all contributing to the sustainable development of the programme area.
