Enhancing Accessibility, Biodiversity, and Climate Resilience through Sustainable Practices
The Black Sea Basin faces escalating environmental degradation and climate risks driven by urbanization, industrial pressure, biodiversity loss, and socio-economic disparities, which together reduce environmental quality and residents’ well-being. The project proposes transnational cooperation to strengthen climate resilience by revitalizing urban green spaces, implementing eco-friendly infrastructure and pilot actions, and delivering joint environmental education and awareness programs that promote biodiversity, sustainability, and socio-economic benefits.
