Smart Local Services for a Sustainable Future
The Black Sea region faces challenges such as low digital literacy, outdated infrastructure, and limited civic participation, which hinder efficient, inclusive, and sustainable public service delivery. The eLocal project addresses these issues by implementing modern digital infrastructure, training public staff and citizens, and developing strategic digital transition plans in three municipalities through transnational cooperation.
