REBLUE
Representative Deliberative Processes for Sustainable Blue Economy Planning in the Black Sea Basin
The Black Sea Basin faces weak institutional and innovation capacity, limited stakeholder coordination and citizen participation, underdeveloped ICT tools, and low transnational cooperation, hindering sustainable blue economy planning and governance. REBLUE addresses these challenges by strengthening institutional capacities, establishing Citizens’ Councils and REBLUE Hubs, developing innovative digital tools and a transferable deliberative toolkit, and fostering structured cross-border collaboration for participatory and sustainable blue economy planning.
