Dialogue for Innovation and Better Governance
The lack of innovation capacity is compounded by siloed efforts and low cooperation, particularly due to the weak institutional and administrative capacity of civil society actors in the region's innovation ecosystem. The project aims to enhance innovation capacity by building institutional capacity, improving cross-sectoral collaboration, and establishing a transnational platform for sustainable cooperation between public authorities, academia, civil society, and business support organizations.
