Disaster Assistance and Response in Moldova, Bulgaria and Turkey
The Black Sea Basin region lacks adequate emergency equipment and a unified, cross-border disaster prevention strategy, leaving its communities increasingly vulnerable to frequent and intensifying natural disasters. The project strengthens regional disaster preparedness by equipping four local public authorities with specialized emergency tools and developing a joint disaster prevention strategy, master plan, and cross-border coordination platform.
