Black Sea Basin Sustainable Logistics and Cooperation Network
Weak institutional cooperation, limited digitalization, inefficient customs procedures, and growing environmental impacts are hindering effective cross-border logistics and trade in the Black Sea region. The project builds a cross-border logistics cooperation network through capacity building, digital tools (including an information exchange portal), joint studies, and collaborative events to improve trust, efficiency, and sustainability in regional trade.
