Rapid Earthquake Damage Assessment Expanded

The Black Sea region is highly vulnerable to seismic activity, with fragmented disaster mitigation efforts, inconsistent building standards, inadequate early warning systems, and limited cross-border cooperation. REDA-NEXt aims to enhance regional resilience by fostering cross-border collaboration, harmonizing earthquake hazard assessments, upgrading the REDA.p platform for real-time damage assessments, and improving data exchange and response strategies.
