Black Sea Region Prepared
The Black Sea region faces unpredictable climate change impacts and natural disasters like floods, landslides, and earthquakes, with current response systems fragmented and ineffective in minimizing their devastating effects. The RISCARE project aims to enhance regional disaster response by establishing joint procedures, training specialized teams, and equipping them for rapid intervention, ultimately fostering a safer, more resilient Black Sea Basin with broader economic and social benefits.
