Training for Beneficiaries from the 2nd Call for proposals

November 25, 2020 @ 10:00 am - November 26, 2020 @ 12:30 pm

To ensure the premises for a smooth implementation of the projects contracted within the framework of the 2nd Call for proposals of Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020, the programme management structures are organising a training session dedicated to the beneficiaries. Considering the evolution of the COVID outbreak, we’ve changed to a fully virtual format of the meeting.

Based on the results collected following the survey launched in October 2020, the training will be divided in 5 main sessions:

  • Project management – main rules and programme documents;
  • Narrative and financial reporting;
  • Financial management including expenditure verification;
  • Public procurement – general rules;
  • Contract modifications: notifications and addenda.

The agenda of the event is available HERE and for presentations delivered, click HERE for download. The material with the Questions & Answers is available here.
