Preparations for the next programming period 2028-2031 are underway in the Black Sea Basin.
As part of this process, we aim to gather the views of stakeholders across the Black Sea region to help shape the future cooperation framework and ensure that it responds to the region’s most pressing needs and opportunities.
An online questionnaire has been launched to collect feedback on key territorial challenges, cooperation needs, emerging trends and future priorities, as well as on the types of actions that could bring the greatest added value through transnational cooperation.
We invite public authorities, regional and local organisations, academic and research institutions, civil society organisations, businesses and other interested stakeholders to share their views and actively contribute to the preparation of the future Programme.
The consultation process is open until 30th of September 2026.
