The project LEARN4SEA: Innovative Joint Learning for Environmentally Friendly Behaviour of Communities in the Black Sea Basin is establishing a network of four Environmental Information Centres located in Bulgaria, Georgia, Romania, and Türkiye.
The center in Romania will be officially opened on 15 May 2026.
